How to Use the Smart Lock at The Hideaway

Welcome to The Hideaway! Ensuring your stay is comfortable and secure is our top priority. That's why we've equipped your accommodation with the Smart Locks. This tutorial will guide you on how to use the lock with a personalized access code.

Step 1: Receive Your Access Code

• Before your arrival, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.

• This email will include your personal access code for the duration of your stay.

Step 2: Locate the Smart Lock

• The Smart Lock is installed on the door of your accommodation at The Hideaway.

• Approach the door, and you'll find the smart lock's keypad centrally located on the door.

Step 3: Enter Your Access Code

• To wake the keypad, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad. The keypad will light up, indicating it's ready to accept your access code.

• Enter the last four digits of your phone number using the keypad.

• Once you've entered your code, press the Schlage button again to unlock the door.

• If the code is correct, you'll hear a beep, and the lock will disengage, allowing you to turn the knob or handle to open the door.

Step 4: Locking the Door

• When exiting the accommodation, you can easily lock the door from the outside by pressing the Schlage button once. Wait for the beep and the lock to engage.

• From the inside, simply turn the thumb turn to the locked position to secure the door.
